1. Introduction

eBoyBoy is a platform designed to connect individuals seeking assistance (referred to as "Users") with service providers (referred to as "Providers"). By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. User Eligibility

To use eBoyBoy, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current. eBoyBoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of our policies.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account with eBoyBoy, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Sharing your login credentials or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

For Users (Task Posters):
Users are expected to provide clear, legal, and ethical task descriptions for Providers to complete. Payment must be made upon agreement of service. Once a Provider has accepted a task, cancellation is only permitted under valid circumstances.
For Providers (Task Providers):
Providers are expected to honor accepted tasks and complete them within the agreed timeframe. Demanding extra payments outside the platform is not allowed. Providers must comply with eBoyBoy's service standards and maintain professionalism at all times.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be processed through eBoyBoy's secure payment gateway. Providers receive payment only after the task is marked as completed. eBoyBoy charges a service fee on each transaction, which is subject to change. Refunds are issued based on eBoyBoy's refund policy, as detailed in the "Refunds and Disputes" section.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are only processed if a Provider fails to complete a task or if the service is unsatisfactory. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of task completion. The eBoyBoy team will review all disputes, and decisions are final.

7. Prohibited Activities & Objectionable Content Policy

eBoyBoy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users must not:
• Post or accept tasks involving illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
• Use eBoyBoy for fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against any users.
• Attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform.
• Share, upload, or distribute any content that is violent, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
• Post content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or any other harmful activities.
Reporting & Moderation:
⁠ Users must agree to eBoyBoy's Terms and Conditions, which explicitly state that objectionable content will not be tolerated. eBoyBoy has the right to review, remove, or restrict any content deemed objectionable. Users can flag objectionable content through the platform's reporting system and block abusive users to prevent further interactions. eBoyBoy will investigate and act on reported content within 24 hours, including removing objectionable content and suspending or banning violating users.

8. Privacy Policy

eBoyBoy values your privacy. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

eBoyBoy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks that go unfulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances and actions or disputes between Users and Providers.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

eBoyBoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities, or receive multiple complaints from other users.

11. Updates & Modifications

eBoyBoy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
